When you are displaying one of the most iconic luxury vehicles in the world, a “standard” display solution simply won’t do. At Exhibition Plinths, we recently had the privilege of working with a high-end Rolls-Royce showroom to create a display solution that matched the sheer elegance of the Rolls-Royce Phantom.

The project required more than just a secure glass case; it required a level of aesthetic precision that only a bespoke UK manufacturer can provide.

The Challenge: Perfection in the Details

The client’s vision was specific: they needed a 500mm square tall glass display cabinet that didn’t just sit next to the car, but felt like a physical extension of it. The centerpiece of this request was the color. The base plinth needed to be a perfect vinyl-wrapped match to the vehicle’s specific “Phantom” roof finish.

Our Solution: UV Bonding & Bespoke Wrapping

Working from our Somerset workshop, our team utilized our signature UV-bonding process. By curing the glass joints with specialized ultraviolet light, we achieved a seamless, “all-glass” look for the 500mm cube. This ensured that whether the cabinet held luxury accessories or precision engineering parts, there were no bulky metal frames to distract the viewer.

For the plinth, we applied a high-grade, durable vinyl wrap. Unlike standard paint, this allowed us to hit the exact saturation and sheen required to match the Rolls-Royce Phantom. The result was a cohesive, high-end retail environment where the furniture complemented the product perfectly.
