Purchase Items Terms and Conditions
All goods supplied by Exhibition Plinths Ltd are supplied subject to the following terms and conditions:
In these terms "client" or "buyer" shall mean the person whose name and details appear on the order form.
The client shall be treated as commercial or domestic according to our reasonable discretion.
All quotations are given and all orders are accepted on these terms. They supersede any other terms appearing on our price list or anywhere, and override and exclude any other terms stipulated or interpreted or referred to by the client whether in the instructions or any negotiations or any course dealings established between us and the client. All orders/instructions given by the client shall be deemed to be made subject to these terms.
Quotation
• All quotations for work by Exhibition Plinths Ltd are valid for a period of 30 days from written quotation.
• Lead time estimation will begin from the date of payment and is in the format of Working Days (Monday to Friday)
• Sketchup 3D Drawings of your bespoke item during the quotation stage can be requested, at a cost of £45 per hour for us to produce.
• Extensive Research and Development into new bespoke products we have not yet created may require a prototype to be made before we can accurately quote. The cost of the research and development will be estimated to the client before experimental and design works go ahead.
• If you require one of our expert technical staff to attend your premises to quote and advise this will be charged in the format of time plus travelling expenses and will need to be paid for in advance of a visit.
Confirmation and Payment
• The sizes written on the quotation when it is accepted are the sizes the plinths will be made. If you wish to change the sizes please advise us at quote stage. A change mid-manufacture will be a new purchase.
• Full payment is due on acceptance of an order as all products are made to order.
• Exhibition Plinths Ltd shall be entitled to amend the delivery date or cancel work in progress or delivery to the buyer if payment is not made by the given deadline date.

• If you require packaging such as bubble wrap, boxes, cling wrap or flight cases for your items, please discuss this at the quotation stage.
• Our driver will take pictures of the items as they leave the workshop and when they are delivered. Once our driver has left the premises with a signed delivery note, to confirm they were in good condition, the products are the responsibility of the buyer and damage repairs will be charged for.
